About Us
The institute is a division of His Presence Ministries International (HPMI) which is a ministry led by Apostle Charles and Petunia Chiriseri and began in July 2006. Transform Your World Leadership Institute (TYWLI), formerly known as HPMI Interdenominational School of Ministry main thrust is on leadership and discipleship training
The School Is Two Pronged
Focusing on leadership training and training for Christian Ministry. The school is intentional and purposeful with a clear mandate to produce people who are agents of transformation. The International Leadership and Development Programme is credited by the USA based John Maxwell Million Leaders Mandate, EQUIP, while the Christian Ministry and Leadership Course is accredited by the USA based Bible Training Centre for Pastors and Leaders (BTCP/L). HPMI (TYWLI) is now the second centre in Zimbabwe for both EQUIP and BTCP/L.
Leadership
Through the leadership programme we have trained many leaders from different denominations as the program cuts across denominational barriers. Some of our graduates include chief executive officers, managers, employees from a variety of organisations, senior pastors and elders from different churches – people from all walks of life who now stand a cut above the rest.
Capacity
The institute is continuing to establish partnerships and funding with organisations to boost the program capacity to reach those that need training desperately. Our intentions are to take the leadership development program to the grassroots level including civil, rural and local authorities as well as students. As a nation we are going through a transition and there is need to train and develop leaders who can be integral in the nation’s future.
Programmes Offered
1. CERTIFICATE IN INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT (CILD) JOHN MAXWELL (EQUIP)
The course is offered once a year for 84 hours covering modules 1-10
2. :DIPLOMA IN CHRISTIAN MINISTRY AND CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP – BTCP
The course is offered over 15 months (1 year 3 months) covering 22 modules.
3. DEGREE IN THEOLOGY – TEAM IMPACT UNIVERSITY
The course is offered over 16 months (1 year 4 months) covering 16 modules.
4. DIPLOMA IN SYSTEMIC FAMILY COUNSELLING – CONNECT (ZIMBABWE INSTITUTE OF SYSTEMIC THERAPY)
The programme seeks to introduce the systemic approach to counselling as an alternative and appropriate approach with in the Zimbabwean context and elsewhere
